The current study investigated what Business Success means to owners of businesses in Desert Australia. Those factors that impact on success as well as the leadership styles of the owners were also identified. Many owners of businesses in Desert Australia were interviewed and completed a web-based survey to identify success factors.
Success means many different things to these owners who face numerous challenges some of which cannot be changed but how they are responded to can be altered. There are also many factors under their control. There are lessons to be learned for decision makers.
